Together, they stand for a holistic approach to business coaching, organizational development, and personal growth. Their goal: to support individuals and companies in discovering and developing their full potential over the long term.

Based on their many years of experience in management consulting, coaching, and personnel development, they founded the HM-i eAcademy to combine practical knowledge with engaging learning methods.
From this vision emerged a learning management system (LMS) that optimally complements in-person events and enables flexible, location- and time-independent professional development.
